Spring Gully maintains the policy of treating any documentation or information as the property of the client and in the strictest confidence. If the work is not won by their tender, then all information is returned to the client, or destroyed at the request of the client. If the contract is won, Spring Gully treats these recipes with the utmost respect until the contract expires. Again, information held is returned to the client, along with any recipe changes that may have occurred and been agreed to by the client over the period of the contract.
